The manager and staff who handled the consultation were very kind and listened well. The doctor came to see me after the surgery to consult, and although he looked tired, he explained things well and concisely. I had my eye surgery consultation with someone else, but that person could not explain things very well and the message did not get through. He just looked at my face and muttered to himself, thinking about it. I did not feel any professionalism in the eye consultation.
