The manager is good at talking and has a friendly style, but the doctor gave a bad first impression.. First of all, as soon as they came in, there was a really strong smell of cigarettes "If you do this here and here, it'll turn out well. It will go well." There wasn't enough detailed explanation about what exactly would be done, so I couldn't really trust it.
