Overall, my facial contour looked larger and more masculine compared with my eyes, nose, and mouth, so I went in for a contouring surgery consultation. I wanted something more actor-like rather than a doll-like or idol-like line, and they kindly explained things to match that. I thought I was going in expecting a doll-like line, but they recommended the most conservative option. They also said they would not do cortical bone osteotomy or masseter reduction, and the consultation was a bit short.
