The line was shaped really beautifully, so I liked that. The director seemed experienced and was fairly kind, but the coordinator? was really not good.. I asked when the swelling would go down, and they said something like it was not really the swelling that mattered and that it would be better to just do it quickly first. That was not what I asked.
