I went for a consultation because of revision surgery and it seemed like a small place at first. One director, three staff members? The director seemed very kind and thorough. The director's style seemed to really pursue a natural look. I came back after booking surgery, but I was told by another hospital that ptosis correction might not be necessary, so I am torn.
