I thought I would need incisional surgery, but they recommended non-incisional ptosis correction, so I was relieved? After reading the reviews, it seems like they are good at buried suture methods. The coordinator was extremely kind throughout the consultation, and although the consultation wasn't very long, she gave me her card and told me to contact her anytime if I had questions. The doctor explained realistically why this surgery was needed and how much was possible, which I liked, and as expected the consultation wasn't very long.
