First of all, because it was the COVID period, the trend was not to let people use refreshments, but I was surprised that they even would not let me drink water from the dispenser T_T Other than that, the front desk and the consultation manager were not very kind. By contrast, the director was lively, proactive, and explained things in detail, which I liked. However, they also said possible some things that other hospitals said were not possible, but because they gave detailed explanations for that, I do trust that they were being confident to some extent.
