I booked after seeing my friend's natural-looking double eyelids and had double eyelid surgery and lower canthoplasty. Even shortly after the surgery, the line looked natural and I was satisfied, but the lower canthoplasty had almost no effect. Because it was a buried suture method, the line started changing after about 1.5 years, and after about 4 years both sides had almost completely loosened. For reference, my eyelids are thin and I do not have much fat. I am satisfied with the design, so if you want something that is definitely permanent, absolutely go for it!
