The doctor was extremely kind... He smiled while answering every question in detail without showing any annoyance, and he gave me a professional consultation while considering the shape of my eyes... The manager's kindness seems to vary a bit depending on the day, but in general they are kind. I also asked them not to use anesthetic medication, and they honored that request. The surgery also finished really quickly... My skin tends to heal well, so the scar is almost nonexistent and it didn't rise up much, and it has been holding up well... I'm so satisfied that I'm planning to have a revision to bring it down further...
