The facilities were very clean and the manager was kind, which was nice.
The director explained things to me, and I heard an explanation about the lovely canthoplasty, but I didn't feel particularly satisfied.
The director wasn't exactly kind, but also not rude.
They explained the surgery method and did a good job of telling me how it differed from other hospitals. But they only talked about the method and the effect, and had no opinions at all on the patient's desired eye shape, what would work best for my eyes, or what they would not recommend.
It felt less like a consultation tailored to me and more like I just learned about the surgery method.
