Review of Divine

I went there last year for a canthoplasty consultation. There were a lot of mentions in the app, the before-and-after photos in the reviews looked good, and everyone said the doctor was kind, so since I live outside the city I even went thinking that if the consultation was good, I might have surgery that same day. I had booked it with a 2-hour gap from another hospital. The previous hospital consultation ended a bit early, so I had an hour to spare, and there was nowhere in particular to go, so I decided to just go to the hospital and wait. I arrived an hour earlier than my appointment time. I explained the situation at the front desk and asked if I could wait there. They said I could wait, but I could not go in early and would have to wait the full hour, which was fine with me. I was the only person waiting at the hospital. After sitting for a bit, I went back to the front desk and asked, 'If the consultation goes well, could I also have same-day surgery today?' They said yes. Then they suddenly called me in for the consultation. All of this happened within 5 minutes. First they said I had to wait the full hour, then when I said I wanted same-day surgery they immediately told me to come in, which was a bit absurd, but I wanted to save time and as long as the surgery went well, I did not care much at the time. Then during the consultation, they were very mechanical and spoke in copied-sounding lines without looking closely at my eyes. When I asked if I had any questions, I asked how much widening would be possible, and they said, 'Well, as far as it can go~' Who does not know that? The doctor’s tone, eyes, and behavior were all extremely rude, and they seemed to want to end the consultation quickly, so I thought maybe they had something urgent to do. I had clearly said I would do same-day surgery if the consultation went well, but as soon as the consultation ended, the staff spoke as if the surgery was already confirmed and tried to rush things along, which was also absurd, so I just said I did not like the consultation and left. Even now, when I look at the app, everyone still recommends them and says they are kind, but I do not know if they are all brokers or if it was just a bad day for me.
