The director consulted with me while looking at the overall harmony of my face, which I liked. It felt less like they were simply listening to what the patient wanted and more like they were carefully explaining that this is the kind of surgery they do. The director was cheerful and kind, but the consultation manager was really unfriendly. Maybe because I looked young, I could feel the consultant giving me half-hearted answers. When I asked about aftercare or AS, they just said they would take care of it, and there was no mention at all of surgery reservations. I have had many plastic surgery consultations, and this was the first time a consultant had been this unfriendly.
