I had nose revision surgery and outer canthoplasty here about 5 years ago. First, the nose needs another revision again, but the lower outer canthoplasty was done naturally and well.. The nose was a revision, and I had it done cheaply, but the first surgery on the nose was a complete disaster. When I was still swollen after the revision, it looked okay, but after the swelling went down, I ended up with a pinched nose and 11-shaped nostrils.. For the lower outer canthoplasty, I asked them to make it natural because I was worried it might look like a D shape, and it was really done naturally without any scars or anything like that. But since I did it anyway, I regret not having opened it wider while I could, because as time passed it started to stick back together again.. T_T It is not completely closed back, and compared with before the surgery, the outer corners have definitely dropped and the back has opened up a bit too.
The doctor also consulted well and was kind.. I recommend doing the lower outer canthoplasty here, but I do not recommend the nose.
