There is probably no hospital as unfriendly as this one. They should have said things like, if you do it this way and that way, it will improve more, or if you do this, it still won't improve, and so on. Instead, they just said no to everything, which hurt my feelings. People who lack something cosmetically are trying to improve themselves, but they didn't even tell me how I should do it at all......
