The reason the doctor and staff are not a perfect 10 for kindness is not because they were rude, but because they were neither very kind nor unkind, so I gave them 3 points. Personally, I thought I had pseudo-ptosis, so I did not want eye correction if possible, but this clinic explained that, unlike other clinics, my eyes were actually not suitable for the procedure and explained why it should not be done. They said the inner corner surgery was optional, and recommended full incision. When I explained the line design I wanted, they said that if it were done in this and that way, a design suited to my eyes could be achieved. They did not recommend anything too extreme, but rather a method that matched what I wanted and what suited my eyes. I am still deciding among the places I have consulted, but this is the clinic I feel most drawn to.
