What I liked here was that after the consultation with the director, there was no separate consultation with a manager, and the director handled everything Even the cost was handled by the director!! The director seemed to have a lot of pride in the surgery, and explained the procedure by showing materials about how the operation would be done. For now, I will visit a few more places for consultations and then think about this one too
