I liked that it was 100 percent doctor consultation with no manager consultation, and they analyzed my eye shape, drew the line, and gave the feeling that they would do the surgery carefully. At other places, everyone recommended eye-correction surgery, but here they said my eye-opening strength was sufficient, explained the principle of eye-correction surgery, and said I did not need it. I also said I wanted a back canthoplasty, but they said no and clearly separated what was possible and what was not. Their professionalism seems definitely high, but I am still thinking about it because I did not like the way they drew the line very much.
