I had the surgery in 2018, and the consultation coordinator seemed fine and the silicone quote was the lowest, so I went ahead with it, but the result was just so-so. The nose alone looks okay, but the most important part, the harmony, is missing. The nose does not suit my face at all. In fact, I was much better off before the surgery, so I am thinking of either removing the silicone entirely or having a revision. And the explanation after surgery was far too lacking.
