I had autologous fat grafting surgery, and because I wanted a natural result, I only had it done on my cheeks, eyes, and chin tip. It was 15 years ago, so it has been a long time, but at that time many hospitals injected the fat from outside the face, whereas this place injected it through the inside of the mouth, so it did not show much. That was the biggest advantage. Because they tried not to overdo it, my cheeks filled up with a reasonable amount of fat, but over time it gradually went down.
