There are no side effects, but there's no definite effect either. It feels like not much of the cheekbone was taken out. For the jaw, they removed mainly the cortical bone rather than the bone itself, so there is a front-view effect! If I had to do it again, I think I'd go somewhere else rather than here. The doctor just does exactly what is needed. I had it done 3 years ago and asked for CCTV footage, but they said it wasn't installed.
