I was consulting about contour surgery, and the director answered my questions well, but the consultation manager had no common sense at all and was rude. During the consultation, she went out to the counter to take another customer's call, and when I was in a situation where I had to leave quickly because I didn't have time, she still didn't come back for ages, so when I said something, she replied like, 'But I had a long consultation with the director?' Is my paying my own consultation fee to meet the director the same as the manager having the customer wait endlessly because of her personal errands? The prices kept changing by several hundred thousand won back and forth, and because the manager was dragging down the clinic's image, I left without booking, but then she texted me at home saying she could give me an even cheaper price. The director seemed professional and I liked that, but the cheap and rude behavior of the consultation manager sharply lowered the clinic's image, and it made me reluctant to have surgery there.
