This is the surgery I am most satisfied with. It has only been about 2 years, so I do not know yet about any sagging, but my face got smaller and the symmetry was adjusted to some extent. The happiest part is that I do not need to photoshop my face shape when taking pictures. I did it without my family or boyfriend knowing, and nobody knows. I am really satisfied.
