I kept looking at his hands When explaining the surgery, he talked about which line I wanted He also explained what kind of height would suit me best with that line, and so on, very well There are many places where if the director's consultation goes well, the manager then keeps pushing same-day booking and other things, which can ruin the whole experience, but that was not the case here Rather, it felt like they were saying it is your surgery, so think carefully and decide for yourself I left feeling relatively comfortable after the consultation
