I came to this consultation after seeing videos of the hospital director on YouTube, because even in the videos the director explained things in very fine detail. The manager seemed to be trying to create a very friendly atmosphere. Rather than recommending or explaining things, it felt like they were asking what my concerns were and what surgery I wanted, and empathizing with me. The director looked exactly like they did on YouTube, and even the way they spoke was the same lol. They were very soft-spoken, but there was also a delicate feeling, like an artist. What made them different from other hospitals was that they explained everything while drawing based on the X-ray of my bones. I would have believed them if they said they had studied fine arts. They drew really well, and they also explained the surgical process using a bone model so I could understand it easily. They explained the possible results after surgery, showed me various reviews from people who had similar cases to mine, and went through one by one what they personally consider important when performing surgery. Because of that, the director's consultation was a bit long. At the very end, the manager summarized the overall consultation, plus explained the cost details and aftercare. I liked that there was no pressure until the very end.
