Both the manager and the director were kind. I asked the director about surgery-related things like methods and design, and the manager about things like cost and aftercare. Every time I asked something from the list I had prepared, they explained it well in detail and kept asking if I had any more questions, which I liked. When looking at nose shapes, they showed me both the nose shape I wanted and the kind that suited my face, and while comparing them they said a very flashy nose might not fit the overall mood.
