I went there for a consultation about facial fat grafting. The surgeon explained things in a detailed and kind way, in a soft tone, and I felt that they really tried to listen to my complexes and requests. They even gave a kind of five-minute lesson about fat grafting lol. The office manager was a bit ambiguous. They took plenty of time and consulted with me like a close older sister, but there was a sense that the content was a little lacking in professionalism, and above all, there was some pressure to make a reservation, which felt burdensome.
