I went for a consultation about lower eyelid fat repositioning. There was a consultation fee, and although the director tried to explain things in as much detail as possible, there was also a slightly annoyed(?) feeling. Still, it was nice to be able to talk, and since I personally was told that local anesthesia would be difficult, I am currently putting the surgery on hold.
