The consultation from the director or the manager is not kind. In particular, the director is rather blunt, and the atmosphere is not one where you can communicate well. I only had the first fat grafting session, and because of the nature of the surgery a lot of it did fade, but still it feels like the volume came back in a way that is not noticeable. Because of my constitution, swelling and bruising lasted about a month. The inside of the clinic is really clean.
