First it was consultation with the manager, then the doctor, then the manager again. When I asked whether I also needed something for the lower cheek area in addition to chin liposuction, they honestly told me that if that area were also done, the face shape would not look pretty because of the cheekbones, which increased my trust! The consultation manager also took good care of things and was nice.
