I had nose surgery using a tip tying method, but my nose was so low to begin with that it is still low even after surgery... If you want a dramatic shape, I do not think this is the place for that. Luckily I did not have any side effects, and I also had my eyes done here, and they seem to harmonize well, so if you want a natural result, I recommend this place.
