The nose was tied with silicone and cartilage. For the eyes, I had eye correction, epicanthoplasty, and double eyelid surgery. The eyelids came undone, so I am planning revision surgery. The doctor is very honest. For eyes that seem unlikely to work, he says not to be greedy and says no. But I do not think his manual skills are that good...
