I had a nose surgery consultation, and they said they would do it with silicone and cartilage repositioning, but if I had gone through with that, I would have regretted it. I had nose surgery at another hospital using silicone and septal cartilage, and even that looked natural, and as time passed the nasal tip actually became lower than expected because of swelling and drooping, so when I think about having raised the tip further with ear cartilage... this hospital seemed to aim for a natural look... but it just wasn’t for me.
