I had double eyelid surgery exactly 2 years ago. I had been torn about whether to do epicanthoplasty and ended up not doing it, but the doctor thought upper canthoplasty would be a good idea, so I did it and I’m satisfied. There is a little white scar from the upper canthoplasty, but it is barely visible, and since I have a hidden double eyelid I didn’t notice a big change when looking in the mirror. But when I compared it with selfies I took before the surgery, the difference was huge lol. It came out really naturally and turned out well, so I’m happy.. It also corrected my asymmetry a lot.
