I only had a consultation, but I could not see the doctor, and it was not even done in a separate consultation room. I sat at a place like the front desk, and the manager spoke casually during the consultation. I am not particularly sensitive to casual speech, so it was fine for me, but people who are sensitive to that sort of thing would probably dislike it lol T_T
