The consultation was absolutely awful. I called before going in, and they brushed me off. When I said I was coming in for a consultation at the clinic, they told me to sit down, so I filled out my basic information and sat down. But there was no consultation room, and I was talked to right in front of the door lol. I was consulted directly by the counter staff in front of me. I asked a few questions about surgery methods and dates, and they sarcastically said, "You have a lot of questions, huh," and asked me in a way that felt like, "Are you really going to do this or not?" It was rude. I went after reading reviews about the surgery, but I was disappointed.
