Since it is a hospital specializing in liposuction, I felt confident right away, and the front desk staff were kinder than anyone in the world lol They were very thorough with the consultation, which was great, but the director... even though it was our first meeting, spoke to me in informal speech.. It did not seem like there was any bad intent, and some people might actually like that, but I did not like it. Still, he seemed very confident about the surgery, which I did like
