The consultations with the managers were not particularly friendly or anything like that. The director was very confident, so I felt trust in him. What he said while looking at my arm, "You came after reading the reviews, right? It will turn out like that," was so memorable. Haha. The price was a bit too expensive, which was a concern, but if I am only going to have surgery once, I do want to spend the money and go to a place that does it well!!
