If I talk about the consultation I went to last year, both the doctor and the manager were kind. But I think being kind is just the basics of service work^^; I didn't actually get the surgery, so I can only talk about the consultation. They pulled the skin by hand and predicted the line, and the director seemed positively confident. If it weren't for the cost, I would have done it.. It was such a shame.
