I found this place through a blog post and thought the doctor was conscientious. This doctor doesn't seem to touch the septum unless absolutely necessary, and recommended ear cartilage and donated rib cartilage. I thought it would turn out well, but the price was too high so I gave up. It would probably be good to write down your questions and ask them during the consultation. They answer kindly when you ask about something.
