I went for a consultation about removing the silicone and costal cartilage from my nose. It was the fastest consultation among the hospitals I went to. They said the silicone could be removed, but because the nose might become upturned, they suggested using ear cartilage. There was no detailed explanation, so it was the type of consultation where the patient had to ask a lot of questions first. I do not think I would do it here because I do not want to use ear cartilage again.
