I had the silicone removed from my nose, and the tip was reconstructed with donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage. I am upset because it did not turn out the way I wanted. I asked for the nose to be made shorter and the nostrils to be less visible, but instead the nose ended up longer and tilted, and now I want to have surgery again. They say I have to wait six months, but who knows when that will be T_T
