There are no discounts at all, and this is a clinic that charges a lot for a first surgery. Four years later, I do not like it. When I went to another clinic for consultation on revision eye surgery, they kept telling me several times to get my nose done again. They were surprised when I said I had already had it done, which maybe means it looks that natural. Doctors, try pressing on noses once in a while lol It looks natural enough to say it was done, but somehow high enough to say it was not? That kind of feeling (maybe because my base bridge is already high) I came back several times because I did not like it, but the doctor kept saying they liked it.. (Thinking about it now, maybe the doctor's aesthetic standards are just a little different from mine. They seem to like a classy feel plus a slightly downward style. I wanted a slightly half-straight, half-curved line.)
+ Update I do not exactly love the shape, but it does not seem to be a total disaster either. It is too big of a surgery to do again, so it is kind of ambiguous.. When I go to other clinics for revision consultations, I understand what they mean, but they say it matches my face well now. Never ask them to make it natural. If you have surgery here, it probably will not become an upturned nose. They have a style of pulling it slightly downward. They used a lot of ear cartilage, but there was no deformity and my ear did not hurt. No scar either.
*The reason I chose this clinic after visiting nearly 7 places I was tired of going around to get consultations, and other clinics all said silicone had to be inserted, but this was the only place that said it was not necessary. They do not say unnecessary things, but they answer questions clearly when asked (not the type to speak in circles). The manager was not great at the time, but I went with the director alone. Before the swelling went down, the nose was really pretty and exactly my taste. Even now, I think the nose has its own charm.. other people say it is pretty.
