The director was extremely brusque and unfriendly.. When I asked questions, he answered only in short, one-line replies that were awkward enough to make me embarrassed. I felt like the 10,000 won consultation fee was wasted.. The manager wasn’t there either, so I heard most of the explanations from the surgery nurse and had the consultation that way.. Because of that, I was also given the wrong surgery fee information, and later they called and corrected it after raising the price. This is the first clinic I’ve ever been to like this. I strongly wondered whether communication would work well if a problem came up after surgery, so I immediately removed it from my list. Never going again.
