I chose this place because I had severe deviated septum and improving function was important. I am very satisfied with the functional side. Not long after surgery, my nose felt stuffy, so I went to a local ENT clinic to get it checked, and when I said I had the surgery here, they said it was famous in the industry, like they knew the doctor? Anyway, they looked inside my nose and said it turned out well. On the cosmetic side, it is so-so. It came out natural and fairly average, but during consultation they said they could not fix my natural nostril asymmetry. So my nostril sizes are still uneven, but I just accept that. If it is purely for cosmetic purposes, maybe it is not necessary, but if you value safety and function, go for it.
