Just grateful, honestly. They seem to take each person's concerns and needs into account very well. The dorsal hump isn't perfectly gone, but it improved a lot, and I had no implant. Breathing is also comfortable, and you can feel they have a lot of experience because the sutured area is really neat. The manager was just appropriately kind, but you can tell he has a lot of experience. The staff and nurses are just angels... So kind I don't recommend surgery in general, but if I were to do it, I'd definitely do it here..
