The estimated cost for silicone, ear cartilage, and nostril reduction is 5 million won. Since I had already had nose thread lifting, they said it counts as revision surgery, so it is apparently 4 million won as the base revision price plus 1 million won for nostril reduction. The consultation was not bad, but the director seemed to prefer a natural-looking nose, which did not match what I wanted. If you want something glamorous, I do not recommend it; if you want something natural, I recommend it.
