Maybe because this is a hospital with ENT expertise, I liked that they were not excessive and pursued a natural result. However, I was a little disappointed by the comment that they would have to open it to know what materials could be used, and that they'd have to operate to know, because that didn't inspire much trust. It was nice that there was no excessive treatment, but the price seemed generally on the high side...
