I had a consultation about 5 years ago, so I don't remember the other details well, but I do remember that they said there was a discount if you put down a deposit back then. I think they also said you could get a discount if you paid in cash. The reason my surgery expectation is 1 is because... four of my friends had double eyelid surgery here, and except for the one who had buried sutures, the other three all ended up with something like sausage eyes? It is clearly a double eyelid line made at New Line. And maybe because not enough of the suture was removed from my eye, a few years later the thread came out...? It was a shocking experience...
