I looked into this clinic because of functional nose surgery. The consultation with the manager was quite detailed and good. Dealing with the insurance company to get reimbursed is so complicated T_T Unlike other places, this clinic charges 100,000 won for the examination fee, but if you do not have the surgery, it can be refunded, so I paid 100,000 won and left T_T But I really wish they had told me that during the phone consultation in advance; I was shocked that they didn't mention it... The consultation with the director took 10 minutes, and the rest was a long consultation with the manager, who explained the reimbursement process in detail, which I liked.
