A couple of years ago, I went in for a double eyelid consultation. I had looked up the before-and-after results of double eyelid surgery on New Line's YouTube channel and went there after that, and I heard that many other people came after seeing that video too. I thought the doctor would definitely consult with me, but I was disappointed that I only got to consult with a staff member.
